So over the last few days we have noticed the following things with VCM.
Not all users are following the instructions in the PDF document. They are missing the step where you go to help and install web components.
The Riverbed software seems to be doing something to the https traffic from some laptops working remotely. This may have something to do with Verizon wireless accounts. Not 100% sure yet but disabling or uninstalling it has fixed the issue.
If Silverlight is prompting to install but its already installed, under internet options and safety there is an option called ActiveX filtering. That has to be unchecked to disable ActiveX filtering to get Silverlight to work for VCM.
Figured I should share that with everyone so that if you run across any of them you know what to do. Thanks!
