You might see the error below when someone is trying to verify their Outlook account locally on their computer after a password change. 


To correct this please do the following

1. Check to make sure their local connectioin properties is set to a private network

2. Disconnect Workplace Connections

3. Open Services 

4. Stop IP Helper

5. Once done, you should be able to get them signed back in.

6. Open CMD and run the gpupdate.
